Who handles your data

The contact form

When you fill in our form, we receive your name, your email address, possibly your phone number, and the message you send us. We use this information solely to reply to you and, where appropriate, to arrange a repair.

It is neither sold nor passed to third parties for commercial purposes. We keep it for as long as your request requires, then for the legal retention period applicable to commercial relationships.

The visit counter

Our own counter records the number of pages displayed, without keeping your IP address or any data that could identify you. The resulting statistics are publicly visible on our dedicated page.

Audience measurement

If you agree to it, we use Google Analytics to understand how our site is read: pages visited, where visitors come from, type of device. This service places cookies on your device and sends data to Google.

This measurement only starts after your explicit consent. If you decline, no measurement cookie is set and the site works normally. You can change your mind at any time using the link at the bottom of the page.

The online chat

Our contact page offers a chat window provided by Tidio. That service may set its own cookies in order to keep the conversation going. The exchanges allow us to answer your questions.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your personal data.

To exercise these rights, write to info@zone-help.com. We will reply within one month. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
